There have been several changes in publishing the town
paper. The title of the paper has changed, the size has changed, and another
editor has stepped in, along with the current editor, E.C. Bidwell. The new
name of the paper is the KAUKAUNA AND LEDYARD TIMES, replacing the old title
of, simply, THE KAUKAUNA TIMES. The size of the paper has been increased from
seven to eight columns. Sharing duties as editor with Mr. Bidwell will be J. D.
Lawe. The paper will still come out every Friday as it has in the past.
On Thursday evening of last week, several sleigh loads
of young people from Appleton drove to this village and indulged in a social
party at Town City Hall.
