George
"Stormy" Kromer, the old man of Fox River Valley baseball, has a brand-new
idea which he thinks ought to be a salvation to the small-town clubs. Says
"Stormy" that instead of hiring a high-priced pitcher, hire a good
baseball coach and develop your players from your hometown material. "Stormy"
has been a baseball leader in the state as long as most can remember; with a record
like his, he should be listened to.
